- Generally back by 7am. As most of us work.
- Pace is steady and nobody gets left behind.
Saturdays
- 6:00am
- 60 kms
- Pace = Av 32kms/hr, but expect higher pace at times
- Coffee @ Cafe dBar Point Danger (30kms turnaround point)
- Return to Coffee Sisters for maybe another coffee?
