Do you use Canestan or Dettol laundry sanitiser in the rinse when you wash jersey and nicks? It keeps away any bacteria and stops odour build up in the fabric. A much cheaper option is Woolies Homebrand Eucalyptus Disinfectant. It contains the same active ingredient but costs a fraction of the price ($1.41 per 2 litres versus $8.89 per 1.25 litres). Tip into the fabric softener dispenser in the washing machine. Works a treat.
