Thursdays
Turbo Thursday! a mild version.
5:30am Caffene Break, for those riders who’d like a good hit out without being totally off the dial. The goal is a common start time for everyone at Caffene Break, but for BTG riders to end up behind on the road so they can have a full gallop without interfering with other riders who might find that a bit too difficult. Road rules apply, all welcome, rotating pace lines wherever possible.
With dark mornings approaching, we’re hoping to lock in a consistent program for riders who can remember the good times. In the attached map Option B will put us 3km behind on the road, Option C will put us 2km behind on the road. Option B looks to be a more suitable choice.
